My son used Batesville Monument for his Eagle Scout Project. They are awesome people to work with. I can truly say I have zero complaints about the employees or their work. I did everything either by phone or email and always knew exactly what was going on during the whole process. They will send you a mock up of what you are working on and keep you posted on all the details. When they completed our monument they emailed a picture to me so we could see how it turned out before they delivered it. I highly recommend them. The day they delivered they were on time and had our monument set very quickly. I can't say enough positive things about them.
Batesville Monument completed a grave marker for my stillborn daughter. It was so beautiful and such a gift to our family. They are a wonderful company. If you buy from them, you know you are getting a quality product. I also liked that they are a family owned company! Will definitely recommend!
Batesville Monument is a top notch business with a very caring staff who truly cares about their customers. During a very difficult time choosing and designing my husband's headstone, Jeremy was so kind, understanding and patient. He gave us all the time we needed and that meant alot. The headstone turned out perfect and we could not be happier. I highly recommend them.
My parents had a plot and headstone already in place. After my Mom’s passing in February, we decided we wanted something that would hold flowers in place on the headstone. We didn’t care for those holders on top of the headstone, so we wanted vases on each side. We stopped in at Batesville Monuments. All there were very friendly and helpful. Showed us through their showroom and showed us their different vases. Later, we went to Batesville Monument to see if they would attach an Angel to the headstone for us.
