The name says it all. Had these folks build a custom dual exhaust for my truck. Fred was helpful and responsive to phone calls and he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. They had my truck in and out quickly and at a reasonable price. Quality of the work is A1! 10/10, would recommend and I'll be a return customer.
We had a great experience at Quality Auto Mart and would recommend them HIGHLY! We recently moved to the area and were looking for a trustworthy, reputable mechanic. truck, thankfully the auto center in Tennessee for 50.00 had us back on the road to complete our 2,000 miles trip, would not take any vehicle here. I chose to leave the full review posted as I often read ratings and take them with a grain of salt, figuring they are posted by friends and the businesses never read them or could care less. However, a phone call from Mark with Quality Auto Mart showed me, there are businesses left who are concerrned with the work they provide and the satisfaction of their customers. Although, nothing can change what happened, Mark phoned us to identify the problem and worked with us to find a solution and for that effort, I applaud his concern for his customers and how they review his business, which is lacking in many businesses today. I live fulltime in an RV, travelling the country and would have no problem now recommending Quality Auto Mart to anyone travelling through this area.
Just had a second service experience. Very fair prices and a great deal on tires. First time in years I haven't heard rattling and clanking. All problems were fixed and the actual price was less than the estimate. Very happy with our second service.
