The BBB conducted an investigation on this firm due to the types of complaints and a high number of inquiries received. According to BBB files, our records show that the company has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers having unauthorized charges made to their accounts and or being charged even after cancellation. Consumers also allege having difficulty cancelling before their free trial is up in order to avoid being billed, but their requests go unanswered and are charged regardless. Finally, consumers have alleged having difficulty reaching representatives by phone or by email when issues or inquiries arise. On August 24, 2015 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and the pattern of complaints. On September 4, 2015 the BBB received a response from the company explaining they have taken steps to avoid future complaints.

In the response, the company stated they have revised their work processes to action all requests prior to the charge date and included an extension for any request received; focusing on a 24 hour response time and notifying all members of intent to charge within 5 days of actual charge date. The company has also stated that they've added 30+ additional new hires focused on answering phones and responding to emails to ensure that response times are less than 24 hours, with cancel requests being the priority. Additionally, the company stated they have revamped their training process to get knowledgeable staff ready to respond to Member needs within the first 3 days of hire.

Horrible customer service. Refused to cancel membership. I ended up cancelling my debit card but they continue to charge multiple times annually.
