Food was good but the service was bad and there was only a few customers so the servers should of been able to do better

The absolute WORST steak and shake on the planet! They are never open during the times they advertise. They close without warning all the time. Waitresses are usually strange and extremely slow. You will die of old age before you get your food. Never get anything with lettuce because it will be brown and wilty. Send it back? They bring you a new brown piece. Refills? You'll never see it. Been here many times and it never improves. I've heard that the owner is an idiot and based on how this place runs, I'm inclined to believe it........
My salad wasn't fresh The sandwhiches we order were good fries were hot service was okay
We went in for a hamburger. The food was great. The waitress was extremely odd to say the least. We had coupons and the waitress agreed to use them but when it came time to pay, instead of $9 we expected, our bill was $15. We asked to have separate checks but the server made one and the trouble began.
We spoke to the very argumentative manager who talked so fast we finally were wore down & simply paid. Be very careful of this restaurants service. Good food never makes up for despicable argumentative treatment.
