Usually they do fine and have good food. Today I ordered garlic Parmesan chicken wings (which I can recommend), they sent me gooey (not crunchy) BBQ wings labeled "Gar BBQ Wings." Didn't have any garlic flavor and were too sweet for me. Com'on people.

We had a small snafu one evening but I must say that Cecil went way above and beyond what any restaurant in our area ever does. First of all I didnt ask for anything but he made everything right. I must say in all the years of eating here this was the first time I had an issue and was blown over with the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE this owner displays.
