The graveyard scenery was the best never felt so alive. Must stay Quality Hotel with there Rock solid Muffin selection displayed by lovely front desk man with flaming Waffles
I would give this place a 5 star except two major problems. The rooms smelled wet and like mold. The second was the ice cold swimming pool. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a indoor pool so my kiddos could swim. My 5 year old lasted 10 minutes and was then begging for a hot shower. Staff was nice and breakfast was fine!
Would I recommend this hotel? No. Take your money where it and you are appreciated.
The room was neat and clean. The price was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
My husband and our two kids stopped here late night to rest on our way to a family reunion in Indy. We were quickly and pleasantly accommodated. The hotel was comfortable, clean and breakfast was great. I run a cleaning business so when I say it's clean, I mean it. Haha! Thanks for helping us enjoy our trip.
The General Manager should be ashamed of himself. I had reserved two rooms at this hotel in preparation of a vacation with my wife and two brothers. Unfortunately our father passed away suddenly. I forgot to cancel the reservations as my mind was on other and more pressing things. When I saw the credit card charges, I realized what had happened and contacted the hotel immediately. For three days I called to talk with the General Manager. I didn't expect a refund though it would have been nice. Truthfully I did not have any expectations other than talking to a member of the management team.
The General manager refused to even speak with me. He left his staff to deliver bad news. What an utter lack of human decency and compassion.
