They really care. I know some of these people well.
I'd give zero stars if possible, the receptionists are wonderful,BUT, case management does not respond,even to the therapists or dr in the Lawrenceburg branch, not just one attempt but numerous emails and calls from therapists,nurses and staff... , not just for myself, but as seen with 4 others. they close your case-file with no notification even before you have a appointment on assumption, even after you have had a confirmation call for a appointment only to find that you do not have a appointment you show but they took it upon their selves to close it and then they want you to do intake all again,thats 2xs a charge to insurance for them. and as i say, not just myself but other clients and then stating excuses you never showed when you have proof thru medicab or others who drove you there!!!and you talked to a therapist!!but they claim you no showed!!best advice go thru Margret Mary hospital with a dr referal to their mental health, or avoid batesville cmhc and make the trip to the Lawerenceburg branch.oh also... they label you with mental health conditions or substance abuse even if you only drink once every 6 months!!!
