This was the worst buying experience of our lives. These people give a totally new meaning to the phrase, "Let the buyer beware." In my opinion, if their mouths we're moving, they were lying.
Would not recommend...made an appointment one week in advance for service call. Talk about prices on call...battery..and satellite service installation. Day of took off from work to meet repair guy who was 45 minutes late not the one scheduled to come out..brought wrong battery...no satellite to install and claimed I needed a convertor for TV service. Called mgr matt who sat up appt...said he never had me down for satellite service..not his fault I did not request top posts..and wouldn't chrge service call for TV or jack service...the young kid sent out was very polite but inexperienced. Mgr Matt was not helpful and had noted all requests prior including make model and year of rv....seemed to have my name and number right...but $650.00 later he is a happy rv camper and I still have no tv or auto jack repair.
I'm assuming from the way the salesman treated me a couple weeks ago on the phone that he and the dealership have made plenty of money and don't need more. I called with questions about a camper and had questions about the dealership, it was an attitude from the word go. The salesman was very rude and hateful. I wanted measurements on a specific model and he didn't like that , I've called other dealerships and they have no problem what so ever on getting me these measurements but apparently this guy could not do that for me. I was considering buying a camper from them but now they'll never get any business from me or my family. It's a shame that a "family owned" dealership is operated by rude and hateful people who doesn't really care to help a customer or potential customer out. I believe first impression is everything and I didn't get a very good first impression.
Requested a service call for a malfunctioning refrigerator, they changed a part on the refrigerator charged us $350 the refrigerator still doesn't work right and they won't return our phone calls.
