Need to get in contact with someone regarding scheduled payments
I bought a policy in June but did not get my Certificate of Insurance until January. Still trying to get documents on the coverage which is not included in the Certificate. Agent is a nightmare. He offers to write to me and tell me what my coverage is but then does not return my calls. I told him, I don't want his letter I want the information from Forethought. None of the paperwork has an address or a phone number.
Best decision we ever made. My husband's funeral ended up costing me about $35 out of pocket and this was for death certificates. But....the funeral home eventually refunded me about $26. And, I am not paying for my own funeral and my children will have no funeral expenses when I pass on to heaven!! PTL
i am trying to close my account and they will not do it without waiting to be sure i want to which i have made clear that i do. i signed a form and faxed it back, then they wanted me to send a letter of instruction which i did. now i talked to "kate" and tried to find out why my money has not been released and she said it was company policy to wait 14 days unless i send a letter which i told her i did she said she couldnt do anything and was there anything else she could do for me and i said i wanted my money and then she hung up on me. now she is lying saying i yelled and was belligerent and cursed at her which i did not do. so i hope the call was recorded because it will prove i did not curse at her and yell like she is lying about. they now need me to sign another form which no one can send because they dont know what it is only to tell them i want to close the account which i have already done but no one knows where this mysterious form is. cant get anyone to talk to that does not get nasty. will never recommend this company or do business with them again. its my money and I Would like to get It Now...........
Been waiting for my side of what money was left from my family friends burial second attempt at sending a check was due today and still nothing don't waste your time or you loved ones here
